Brayden Ellis was born and raised in Calgary Alberta. He first started golfing at the age of 7, where it was just a recreational hobby. Once Covid lockdown happened it became more of just a hobby and Brayden sought out a coach to bring his game to the level it is today. He officially joined the PGA of Canada in 2024.
